At Audionic, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium audio products; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process

Carefully pack your Audionic device in its original box; our technical team will verify the item's condition and functionality upon arrival at our warehouse.

Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your return meets our eligibility criteria for a refund or replacement.
- 4.Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5 to 10 business days.
